  2. OR, Test in a container: after collecting your urine sample, dip more than half of the absorbent tip into the urine (Fig.3). Caution: make sure that the rest of the test midstream does not get wet.
  3. After adding the sample, the hourglass symbol will keep flashing on the display screen (Fig.4) to show the test is working.
  4. When you hear two beeps, remove the test midstream. Replace the cap and lay it flat. Caution: never hold the test midstream with absorbent tip pointing upwards (Fig.5).

Within 5 minutes, two beeps will sound and your result will be shown on the display screen.

Negative: when the screen displays “-” (negative), the test indicates you are not pregnant.

Digital pregnancy rapid tests are advanced tools used by individuals, primarily women, to detect pregnancy through the detection of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) hormone levels in urine. These tests provide quick and easy-to-understand results by displaying them digitally rather than through traditional line-based tests.

Here’s a general description of digital pregnancy rapid tests:

  1. Principle of Operation: These tests operate based on the principle of detecting the presence of hCG hormone in urine. hCG is produced by the placenta after a fertilized egg attaches to the uterine wall, indicating pregnancy.

  2. Digital Readout: Unlike traditional tests that display results through lines or symbols, digital tests feature a clear digital display that shows results in words (such as “pregnant” or “not pregnant”) or through symbols like a plus sign (+) or minus sign (-).

Digital Ovulation Test

Trying to get pregnant? The MissLan™ Digital Ovulation Rapid Test can help you. This test checks the fertility (LH) hormone levels in your urine to pinpoint your top fertility days. It’s quick, precise, and super easy to use.

When the LH peak occurs, it signals that ovulation will happen within 24-48 hours. This means the 1-3 days surrounding this peak are the optimal time for fertility, increasing the chances of conception.

Key Benefits

Menstrual cycles vary from person to person. The number of fertile days is specific to your unique hormonal patterns. Before you begin, you need to know your usual cycle length to ensure you test at the right time, to identify your high and peak fertile days. In other words, your best chance at conceiving.

The day your period starts (the first day of bleeding) is day 1. Your cycle length is the total number of days from day 1 up to and including the day before your next period starts.

Once you know your cycle length, use the table below to find out when to start testing:

The test should be performed at room temperature.

Always test using the first urine after your longest sleep.

If the sample is not loaded sufficiently, you will hear 3 beeps and the test device will prompt an invalid symbol.

Your result will appear on the digital display after 5 minutes.

Low Fertility: When the screen displays “-” (negative), it indicates that the LH concentration level is low. Test again at the same time tomorrow with a new ovulation test stick.

High Fertility: When the screen displays “+” (one positive), it indicates the LH concentration level has reached a high value. Having sex within 48 hours will increase your chances of falling pregnant.

Peak Fertility: When the screen displays “++ ” (two positive), it indicates the LH concentration level has reached its peak value. Having sex within the coming 24-48 hours will increase your chances of falling pregnant

Invalid: When the screen displays “” (invalid), it indicates that the test may be incorrect or invalid. Please review the instructions, and wait 24 hours before repeating the test process, using a new ovulation test stick.

Frequently Asked Questions

A comprehensive guide answering common questions about pregnancy, covering topics such as prenatal care, nutrition, symptoms, and preparations for childbirth, offering valuable insights for expecting mothers and their families.

Digital Pregnancy Rapid Test

A: When used on the day of your expected period, the MissLan Digital Pregnancy Rapid Test is highly accurate, with over 99% accuracy in determining pregnancy. If you test before your anticipated period and receive a ‘Not Pregnant’ result, there is still a possibility that you might be pregnant.

A: If your test indicates that you are pregnant, it,s important to schedule a visit with your doctor. They can advise you on the necessary steps to follow.

A: Always make sure to carefully read the instructions provided by the medication manufacturer before taking a pregnancy test.

Fertility drugs containing hCG, which are typically administered via injection, can sometimes lead to inaccurate results if you test too soon after taking them, possibly showing a false ‘Pregnant’ outcome.

However, other fertility treatments, pain relievers, and hormonal contraceptives, such as birth control pills, should not interfere with the test,s accuracy.

In cases where you have recently stopped using hormonal birth control or are undergoing fertility treatments, your menstrual cycle may become irregular, prompting you to test prematurely.

It,s worth noting that certain conditions, like ectopic pregnancy, ovarian cysts, menopause, and some rare medical conditions, can also yield unexpected or misleading test results.

Should you encounter results that you didn’t anticipate, it,s advisable to consult with your doctor for further guidance and clarification.

A: Although the test is highly accurate, detecting the pregnancy hormone with over 99% reliability from the expected period day, there is a rare chance that you may initially receive a positive result and later discover that you’re not pregnant (e.g., you may later receive a ‘Not Pregnant’ result or start your period). This can occur due to early pregnancy loss, which, unfortunately, is relatively common, with about 1 in 4 pregnancies ending in early pregnancy loss. If you encounter unexpected results, it&,s advisable to consult your doctor for guidance.

A: There are several possibilities when you receive a ‘Not Pregnant’ result. You might not be pregnant, the pregnancy hormone level may be too low to detect, or there could be an error in calculating your expected period day.
If you tested early, it,s advisable to test again when your period is due. If your period is overdue, it,s recommended to retest in 3 days. If this subsequent test still shows a ‘Not Pregnant’ result and your period hasn’t arrived, it,s a good idea to consult your doctor.

A: No. This product is for single-use.

A: When the book icon appears in the display screen, it indicates that the test is wrong or invalid. Please make sure that the operation is correct, and retest with a new test midstream.

A: In normal use, an hourglass symbol will appear on the display screen after adding samples. If it does not display on the screen one minute after the sample is added, it indicates that the operation is abnormal. It may be necessary to retest with a new test.

Digital Ovulation Rapid Test

A: Only test once a day until you see High Fertility – For reliable High Fertility results you must use the urine from after your longest sleep.

A: Ovulation typically occurs around the middle of a woman’s menstrual cycle, which is approximately 14 days before the start of her next period. In an average 28-day menstrual cycle, ovulation usually happens on or around day 14. However, it’s essential to note that the exact timing of ovulation can vary from person to person and cycle to cycle.

A: If your cycle duration fluctuates, base your testing start date on the shortest cycle within the last 6 cycles.

A: Always refer to the manufacturer’s instructions for any medications you are using before taking a test. Some medical conditions and medications can yield inaccurate results, including if:

  • You are pregnant.
  • You have had a recent pregnancy.
  • You have entered menopause.
  • You have liver or kidney impairment.
  • You have polycystic ovarian syndrome.
  • You are using fertility drugs with luteinizing hormone or human Chorionic Gonadotropin.
  • You are taking antibiotics with tetracyclines.
  • Certain fertility treatments like clomiphene citrate may affect High Fertility results, but Peak Fertility results should remain unaffected.

A: Hormone levels and cycle lengths differ among women and can even vary from one cycle to another in the same woman. The count of fertile days you observe each cycle is unique to your body, so some women may have more or fewer than 4 fertile days.

A: It’s important to test as early as possible but try to avoid consuming a large amount of liquids beforehand. For accurate results, always use the first urine after your longest sleep, as using any other urine may yield unexpected High Fertility results.

A: No, individual test sticks are not sold separately. Test sticks can only be used with the MissLan Digital Ovulation Rapid Test holder.

A: Studies demonstrate that the test is over 99% accurate in detecting the LH surge (Peak Fertility).

A: No. Don’t remove the batteries. Do not try to reset the holder, if you do this you will break the holder and you won’t be able to use it again.

A: No. The test is designed for the detection of LH in urine only.

A: No. An accurate LH level of the sample cannot be confirmed with this product. Other methods should be used for the precise quantification if required.
